What are your fall rituals? Are there any you already practice or want to start this season?

Every fall, I do a little closet cleanse and reset my energy through the clothes I choose to wear. I see my clothing as my armor for the season. It helps me face the darker days.

What does this season teach you, or what do you feel you can learn from it? 

Everything has its time — to bloom, to end, or to return again. Like life itself, it’s all a cycle. 

What are you looking forward to this season energetically?

I am looking forward to an energetic shift. Taking charge of my body, emotions and state of mind.

How do these rituals connect you to nature, your energy, or your community?

By focusing my energy inward — releasing situations, relationships, and beliefs that no longer serve or uplift me — I create space for alignment. From that grounded place, I’m able to show up for my community with an open heart.
