THE ITEM IS SHOWING SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?

Our items are created for exclusivity so limited quantities per style are available. Most pieces will not return however, variations, new styles and colors may be available in the future. You can sign up to be notified from the product pages if the item does return.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Visit our Shipping Policy page to view a full list of shipping options for your region. Please keep in mind that processing and shipping times around busier periods of the year such as Release Days and Christmas can take a little longer than usual. 

HOW DOES YOUR SIZING RUN?

All items are generally made to fit slightly oversized depending on style. Please note, if you wish to style your items in more of a true to size fit or tight fit, select a size down. View our Sizing Guide for full sizing specs on our garments.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR AN ITEM ON BACK ORDER OR PRE ORDER. WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?

All back order and pre order items are labelled as such, in addition an expected ship date will also be made known with product description. All back order and pre order items will ship separate from other in stock items in your order. Please contact us for an update only if the expected ship date has passed without any further updates.

I PLACED AN ORDER FOR THE WRONG ITEM OR WRONG SIZE. CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

In the event that you purchased an incorrect item, please contact us at Customercare@herkaiandi.com within 1 hour of you placing the order to make any necessary changes.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Currently, exchanges and return are not accepted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In efforts to follow safety protocols we will not be accepting any exchanges or returns.  In the event that you item is damaged or faulty please email us at Customerservice@herkaiandi.com 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We do offer international shipping. 

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

“HER, KAI & I” does not ship to any P.O. boxes. Please provide a secure and correct address upon checkout. We will contact you via email if a P.O. box is provided to provide an alternative address otherwise your order may be subject to cancellation.
